TERMS OF USE

1. TIA is a Chat Bot developed to answers queries to its users in relation to specific aspects.
2. Use and access of users to TIA and shall be subject to policies, practices and guidelines of the organization from time to time.
3. Any detail, information provided through Chat Bot is internal and confidential in nature. User should not share or transfer any such information to third party.
4. No information, whether oral or written, obtained by the user from the organization while using this tool shall create any warranty in respect of the tool, including that the tool will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
5. Users should not copy, amend, change, share or transfer the Chat Bot or any aspects connected with Chat Box.
6. The terms of use of the tool shall be governed by Laws in India and shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
7. Issue and Effective date: 01st January 2021.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

1. By logging into the App, I hereby agree and consent to the terms of this Privacy Statement.
2. About the App:
   • TIA is a Chat Bot developed to answers queries to its users in relation to specific aspects. This tool is designed and developed by Deloitte Shared Services India LLP.
3. Data Collection:
   • The information viz, name, email id, designation and department of the user (collectively called as “Information”) is collected only when the users (who are identified individuals by the organization) are logged into the App.
4. Data Processing, security and storage:
   • Information provided to Chat Box, to the best of my knowledge and belief, free from any material error.
   • The Organization shall have right to use, store, copy, transfer and transmit Data in accordance with the Organization’s policies, procedures and practices even after cessation of my employment / association with the Organization.
   • The Information is protected as per the organization practices and/or relevant laws as applicable to the organization.
   • The Information will be stored at the data centre of the organization located in Mumbai, India.
5. Data Retention and its Limitation
   • The Information shall not be retained beyond two years from the date of collection or for period it is required for the Purpose, whichever is later.
6. Applicable Law:
   • This Privacy Statement and any other aspects connected to this App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
